WHAT IT IS
Independent verification of a recipient's ID by a face-to-face meeting and
check of Internal Passport (ID similar to Driver's License). Delivery of single rose and greeting card
with translated note inscribed. Return photo of recipient with flower and translated note by Email.
HOW IT WORKS
The recipient is contacted and an appointment is set to deliver the flower and
card, and take a photo. We meet, check ID, deliver the flower and card,
take the photo, get a signed receipt and the recipient's reply. We then process and
scan the photo, translate the reply and Email all to you.
If the recipient exists the photo will show who it is and she will have a beautiful
flower and greeting - a great first impression. If the
recipient doesn't exist, is someone else, is engaged or otherwise unavailable,
it will be in the Completion Report. Items such as current marriage status and number of children
are listed in the passport and will be reported as available.
PRICING
The FotoFlower service costs $49 if the flower is delivered and photo taken,
$39 if the flower is delivered but the photo is declined,
and $25 if the recipient is unavailable or otherwise invalid.

POLICY
We give our best opinion on the ID of the individual based on passport examination
and physical appearence. We can't guarantee an identity, however we can verify
documents and determine if a recipient exists. We provide other information also, as available,
such address or phone number errors, age range, hospitality and courtesy, and general appearance.
