I just had a letter from Svetlana and she is just so thrilled with the roses and chocolate's. She said she has never seen roses so beautiful. WOW Again! But this type of customer service is the NORM for you guys & that's why I always say how excellent you are at taking caring of your clients. I couldn't have asked for better service let alone only expecting to hear something maybe by Monday. It's good they made specific arrangements with Elena, when it was convenient for her, because I know how very busy she is with everything. I will await your full report as you always provide. Before calling you, I had placed the same order with one of the standard wire services. It took them one week, and two requests for confirmation from me, to return a blunt message that the Ukrainian florist could not deliver the order.They could not say why.
What a contrast to your approach. Since I didn't have the lady's phone number, you tried a variety of ways to contact her to arrange delivery. Eventually you reached her grandmother, who explained that she was out of town! All along the way, with no prompting, you kept me updated by email. And when she returned, you not only delivered the flowers, you also got her phone number for me!

"I thank you for this "letter"! It were the perfect red roses, yellow small bear with a pink tape (as on a your card only more shaggy), box of sweets and card with a wish of happy day. I like you, Julian! You are very romantic! It is so nice! I went home with a bouquet and bear in hands, smiled and the people looked back at me. I was happy. Jenny thanks you for bear. She has named his Small Julian."
Also, I appreciate your agent in Khabarovsk telling Olga it was a "letter" that he had to deliver. This kept the suprise a secret. Again thanks for your work. Best of luck with future endeavors. You'll probably hear from me again in the future.

I am constantly searching for extremely good companies that provide both service, and quality flowers, and gifts. I have started using a company called "FLOWER AND GIFT INTERNATIONAL". http://www.flowers-russia.com. I am very impressed, and happy with their service. I first sent a deluxe gift basket to St. Petersburg, in Russia. It included many items. 5 roses, fresh fruit, coffee, tea, snack meat, cheese, crackers, cookies, chocolate's, and a translated gift card. It was delivered with in 14 hours of my order placement! I again used the service sending the similar items to Dnepropetrovsk, Ukraine. This time to an address that did not have a telephone number. It was delivered in about 2 days! They will not leave the gift sitting at the front door, or with neighbors. They telephone first, and make sure that the person is going to be there. In the case where I did not have the telephone number, they sent a person, with out the gift to personally talk with this person, or leave them a note to contact them, that they have a gift waiting for them, and list your name. The person simply arranges a time for delivery, and presto it happens. What is so wonderful about this service is that they keep you posted on the progress of the delivery. They tell you when it is started, and when the gifts are delivered, and a short message from the courier, describing how the recipient responded to your gift, and any short comments that they wanted to tell you. I love this type of service! I know it gets there, and I love hearing how the recipient responded to my gift! The comments I received from the ladies receiving the gifts were that they were very surprised about how beautiful the Roses were, and how many items were delivered. With tough times of the Rouble, they really said they appreciated the food! They provide service to a large number of cities in the CIS. A husband and wife team operates it. The wife just happens to be Russian. Their office is located in California, USA. I recommend you to contact them if you really want to make your special lady feel even more special. I know mine did! They are very friendly, and eager to go the extra mile to help. Their names are Liliya and Robert Frye.
